Angelika is a mixed media artist known for her experimental approach. Her style has evolved through long trials with combinations of materials from different origins.

She grew up in Germany and in 2011 moved to Abu Dhabi from London. Her MA in Japanese Studies taught her to be aware of how we see what is in front of us, not just what we see. Perception, perspective and reflection play a huge role in her work, often in a literal sense.

​

Angelika has exhibited in several galleries and group exhibitions in Abu Dhabi and in Al Ain. She has been writing about art and architecture and taught art workshops at Manarat Al Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi.

 

2019 Angelika settled in Wiltshire.
